How do I care for and maintain my mattress?
How do I care for and maintain my mattress?
Here are three critical tips for caring for your mattress:
- Rotate your mattress once a month. Single-sided mattresses must be spun around 180 degrees (head to toe). Double-sided mattresses need to be flipped over and spun 180 degrees. We recommend rotating a new mattress twice in the first month you buy it.
- Always use a waterproof mattress protector. Yinahla waterproof mattress protectors
will help prevent severe staining from sweat, drink and food spills.
Keeping your mattress sanitary is vital for your well-being. Staining
your mattress can also result in the warranty being voided. - Supportive bed base or frame. correct support is essential. Slats must:
- Be firm, even, and securely fastened
- Have gaps under 10cm
- Be smooth to avoid damage
- Allow airflow to prevent mildew
Avoid curved, posture, or euro slat systems, as these will void your warranty.
What bed base is best for my Yinahla mattress?
What bed base is best for my Yinahla mattress?
Chiropedic slat bed bases are best for Yinahla Classic Comfort mattresses.
Here’s what you need to know about choosing a bed base:
- Mattresses conform to whatever they rest on. Your new Classic Comfort will begin to sag on an unsupportive base.
- Ideally, choose a bed base with a breathable insulating pad that covers the slats. Slats over 14cm wide may not allow moisture to escape, resulting in mildew buildup.
- Gaps between uncovered slats should not exceed 10cm. Bases that exceed this limit cannot provide adequate support for your cloud mattress.

What is the 150-Night Trial?
If you are not happy with the mattress for any reason within the mattresses qualifying trial period, you can swap it over for another mattress in our range or return it and get a full refund. However, we do suggest to our customers, to sleep on the new mattress for a minimum of 14 nights before deciding on an exchange. This ensures the body has had some time to adjust to the new mattress
As all 150 night trial returned mattresses go to charity, to live another life, they must be in an as-new condition with no damage, stains, marks or rips.We highly recommend using a mattress protector with your mattress.
All returned mattresses must be enclosed in the original plastic bag provided at the time of sale. This is a strict requirement, as our freight companies will not collect or transport mattresses that are not securely sealed in this protective covering. The plastic bag ensures the mattress is kept hygienic, damage-free, and easy to handle during the return process. Customers are responsible for ensuring their mattress is properly repacked before pickup can be arranged.

Are there any costs in returning my mattress under the 150-night trial?
Are there any costs in returning my mattress under the 150-night trial?
We don’t charge any pickup or transport costs on returns providing your area is serviced by one of our collecting charities. In the event that collection is from an unserviced area, delivery to the nearest charity collection point (or the cost) will be the buyers responsibility. Sometimes we include items like pillows or mattress protectors or sheets as special offers with the purchase. These goods must be returned in order to receive your refund. If your mattress has been bought as a part of a ‘bundled offer’ with items such as sheets and or mattress protector or other items, the discount applicable to that bundle is taken off the mattress price, and that discounted price is the amount that will be refunded if the mattress is returned.
